Wenn wir \u00fcber die Inspektion mit M3MH w\u00e4hrend des Bearbeitungsprozesses sprechen und wenn diese abgeschlossen ist, sprechen wir \u00fcber eine Software, die es uns nicht nur erm\u00f6glicht, unsere Werkzeugmaschine zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und das Teil einzurichten, sondern auch eine vollst\u00e4ndige Messung durchzuf\u00fchren. Es gibt uns ein Bericht mit Informationen zu Abst\u00e4nden, Geometrien aller Art, Durchmessern, geometrischen Toleranzen, Rechtwinkligkeiten, Symmetrien und Parallelen. In diesem Fall handelt es sich um einen Tetraeder, den wir in der Maschine messen und mit dem wir \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob unsere Maschine mechanisieren und korrekt messen kann. Dies erreichen wir dank M3MH-Verification.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald unsere Werkzeugmaschine \u00fcberpr\u00fcft wurde und mit der Gewissheit, dass die Maschine ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df funktioniert, werden wir dank M3MH-Setup die Einrichtung des Teils durchf\u00fchren. Von Innovalia Metrology und mit dem Ziel, die Defekte von mechanisiert auf seinen minimalen Ausdruck zu reduzieren, haben wir ein Verfahren entwickelt, mit dem\u00a0<strong>das St\u00fcck in jeder seiner mechanisierten Stufen automatisch ausgerichtet werden kann<\/strong>, um auf diese Weise Fehler bei der Positionierung von zu korrigieren. Vermeiden Sie unn\u00f6tige Werkzeugkosten und optimieren Sie den gesamten Bearbeitungsprozess.<\/p>\n<p>Mit jeder dieser Ausrichtungen bestimmen wir eine Strategie mit einer Reihe von Geometrien, die wir in jeder der Stufen als Hauptstrategie betrachten, um die bestm\u00f6gliche Version des endg\u00fcltigen St\u00fccks zu erhalten. Um die Ausrichtungen automatisch durchzuf\u00fchren, k\u00f6nnen wir mit M3MH direkt auf dem CAD programmieren, da wir den CAD von Teil 0 und das Zwischen-CADS geladen haben k\u00f6nnen, durch das das Teil laufen muss, bis es das endg\u00fcltige Teil wird. Die Messprogramme und die Definition der Ausrichtungen k\u00f6nnen dank eines Messsimulators offline durchgef\u00fchrt werden und pflegen so das gespeicherte Arbeitsmaterial und nutzen es, wenn das Teil von einer Phase in eine andere \u00fcbergeht.<\/p>\n<p>Indem wir unsere Werkzeugmaschine vor jeder Bearbeitungsphase \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und unser Teil ausrichten, reduzieren wir aktiv die Fehler unserer Produktion, bevor wir die letzte messtechnische Phase des Prozesses und die Messung des Teils zum Zeitpunkt der Herstellung erreichen, die mit M3MH -Messung erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der ersten Bearbeitung messen wir die Geometrien und definieren unser Messprogramm.
