Cuando hablamos de la inspecci\u00f3n con M3MH durante el proceso de mecanizado y una vez concluido este; hablamos de un software que adem\u00e1s de permitirnos verificar nuestra m\u00e1quina herramienta y hacer el set up de pieza, nos permite obtener un completo informe de medici\u00f3n con informaci\u00f3n de distancias, todo tipo de geometr\u00edas, di\u00e1metros, tolerancias geom\u00e9tricas, perpendicularidades, simetr\u00edas, paralelismos. Esto lo conseguimos gracias a M3MH-Verificaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nUna vez verificada nuestra m\u00e1quina herramienta y con la seguridad de que la m\u00e1quina funciona correctamente, procederemos a realizar el set up de pieza, gracias a M3MH-Set up. Desde Innovalia Metrology, y con el objetivo de reducir los defectos de mecanizado a su m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n hemos desarrollando un procedimiento mediante el cual podemos\u00a0<strong>alinear la pieza autom\u00e1ticamente en cada una de sus etapas de mecanizado<\/strong>, para corregir de esta manera errores en el posicionamiento de la pieza en cada etapa, evitar gastos innecesarios de utillaje y optimizar el total del proceso de mecanizado.<br \/>\nCon cada uno de estos alineamientos determinaremos una estrategia con una serie de geometr\u00edas que consideramos principales en cada una de las etapas para obtener la mejor versi\u00f3n posible de la pieza final. Para realizar los alineamientos de manera autom\u00e1tica, M3MH nos permite programar directamente sobre el CAD ya que podemos tener cargado el CAD de la pieza 0 y los CADS intermedios por los que ha de pasar la pieza hasta convertirse en la pieza final. Los programas de medici\u00f3n y la definici\u00f3n de los alineamientos se pueden realizar offline, gracias a un simulador de medici\u00f3n y mantener as\u00ed el material de trabajo guardado y hacer uso de \u00e9l, cuando la pieza pase de una fase a otra.<br \/>\nManteniendo nuestra m\u00e1quina herramienta verificada y alineando nuestra pieza antes de cada fase de mecanizado estamos reduciendo activamente los errores de nuestra producci\u00f3n antes de llegar a la \u00faltima fase metrol\u00f3gica del proceso, a la medici\u00f3n de la pieza en los momentos de fabricaci\u00f3n que sean necesarios con M3MH-<strong>Medici\u00f3n<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s del primer mecanizado medimos las geometr\u00edas y definimos nuestro programa de medici\u00f3n.
