Pour cela, l\u2019\u00e9quipement prend en charge les sondes de contact (num\u00e9riques ou analogiques) et optiques.<\/p>\n<p>La machine de mesure SKY Gage devient la machine parfaite pour mesurer des matrices, des moules, des mod\u00e8les et des pi\u00e8ces simples, dans les industries o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9cision requise est \u00e9lev\u00e9e comme l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique, l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Son syst\u00e8me de support sur coussin d\u2019air dans tous ses axes permet un mouvement plus fluide et plus l\u00e9ger, permettant ainsi une am\u00e9lioration substantielle de la pr\u00e9cision qui reste stable dans le temps.<\/p>\n<p>La construction de ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments est en fonte, ce qui conf\u00e8re une grande robustesse \u00e0 la machine. La structure est enti\u00e8rement en granit afin de garantir la plus haute pr\u00e9cision du march\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 les changements de temp\u00e9rature, cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 permet d\u2019optimiser davantage les performances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de la machine. De plus, les \u00e9chelles de lecture peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9es sur des \u00e9chelles en quartz pour assurer un comportement stable en cas de temp\u00e9ratures variables.<\/p>\n<p>La machine est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un quatri\u00e8me axe (double moteur et double \u00e9chelle de lecture sur l\u2019axe X) qui garantit un bon synchronisme dans le d\u00e9placement de la structure du pont (con\u00e7u comme une double poutre en granit).
