The FSB is a non-profit teaching project, created in 2006, with the main objective of promoting the training, talent and employability of its members. It is a great initiative that denotes the character of improvement, innovation and excellence in the educational field of Euskadi.
Being part of this project as technical consultants allows us to continue spreading the importance of quality and dimensional control as a basis for the execution of complex projects. We feel identified with the team spirit and enthusiasm of Formula Student Bizkaia and it gives us the opportunity to help and train young talents through contribution.
In recent months we have had the opportunity to contribute to their project. Specifically, we have analyzed some of the parts that will be used in the next FSB car.
The quality control of the pieces is one of the essential phases when carrying out an efficient, traceable and exact production of the pieces to be recreated. Our applications team has verified such an important part as the stub axle and has shared the results of these tests and their impact on the final assembly with the FSB engineers.
