One of CyberSpark’s most significant advances is its ability to operate fully autonomously. The system features an automatic loading and unloading module: simply place the part on the base, and the machine will position it, identify its reference, and automatically launch the corresponding measurement program.
The result? No operator intervention at the inspection station. More productive time, fewer interruptions, and greater process traceability.
Hybrid Sensor Technology
CyberSpark features an automatic sensor changer that allows switching between contact and scanning technologies within the same measurement process. The machine selects the appropriate sensor based on the part and the active program.The undisputed highlight is the OptiScan 3D sensor, a high-precision, non-contact sensor that measures complex geometries across all types of surfaces, delivering greater speed and accuracy than traditional methods. Remote Control and Operational Monitoring
Through a remote-control interface with real-time visualisation, supported by internal cameras, operators can monitor the measurement position, the part being inspected and cycle time at all times, whether they are metres or kilometres away from the machine. In addition, CyberSpark incorporates air, electrical and temperature monitoring sensors to ensure measurement accuracy under any shop-floor conditions.
